My overall experience with HMS was fantastic. I was in the market for a Can- AM Spyder adn the had a used one so we went to see it. After seeing the bike we did not like it and it really was not the model we wanted. our salesman Chico talk us thru what our wants and needs were and we came to an agreement that we would purchase one when the new store in agleton opend up. I really liked the fact that he did not try and put us on something we were not good with. (no pressure to buy what they had at the time) Know what we wanted Chico called me and told me he had just taken a Spyder in on trade and it was exactly the model we were looking for he just was not sure if we would like the color. After seeing the pictures and the price for the bike it was what we were looking for. I went over on a Saturday looked at it and drove it and new we had to have it. The price he quoted over the phone was the same when we arrived we did not get hit with hidden fees. he ask how we would be financing the bike I told him I wanted to call my bank and do everything thru them on my own. That was fine with them we left a deposit signed a few papers and went on about our day. (no pressure to use there financing) I called him back on Monday told him we were ready to buy and my bank would contact him. This is where it gets as good as it can. I live in Manvel so its an hour drive to HMS from our house. Chico offered to deliver the bike to me in Manvel if I wanted him to. I declined that offer only because I really wanted to ride it home. With that said we had so paperwork to sign for the TTL and warranty. Chico hand delivered them to my house walked us thru signing them , we went in on the next Saturday and the bike was ready for pick up. We spent a total of maybe 1.5 hours in there building getting this deal done and going over all the featurs of the bike. This was the best experience I have had when purchasing any type of vehicle. I recommend you go and see Chico and get yourself a bike you want. Thanks to Chico and the whole staff at HMS top notch.

I just picked up my 1st bike, a 2020 Yamaha YZF-R3. The purchasing process was fast and easy. Alex was very thorough with explaining all of the controls for the bike. He made the process from start to finish a smooth ride.

I brought in a Yamaha Generator to be repaired. There were some initial issues with how the quote for repair work was handled. I spoke to Daniel the Service Manager about the repair issues and he went above and beyond in making sure that I was treated fairly and that the repairs were done correctly and at a fair price. Thank you Daniel for taking a bad situation and straightening it out, it was very much appreciated!

I can't recall who helped me today, but I came in to the parts desk asking for help dealing with mineral staining on my Waverunner paint that would not wash off with normal wash soaps or wax buffing. He suggested I try Simple Green for cleaning and pointed me to a professional finishing product to get that "new shine" and protection. The Simple Green was perfect, removing all the patchy hard minerals and leaving it shiny. The finishing product really made this 2011 VXR look showroom new. Thanks guys!

I hadn't ridden for over 20 years when I decided to get back on a bike. I walked into the dealership not knowing anyone or what I was really looking for. The first person I meet was geoff which made me feel at home and as if I the customer was the most important reason why he was there. I know he really wanted me to leave because I asked so many questions and took so much time with each bike However, Geoff never asked me to leave and he took the time to explain the differences between the bikes I was looking at and He keep asking me questions about myself and soon He knew what bike I was looking for before I did. I have bought three bikes from them now and will continue to purchase all my bikes new or used from them. I wll say this each department from sales, service and parts have great people that take the time to help you and ensure You are getting the attention You need to order the right part or, the right service on your bike. I bought two waverunners two weeks ago. I had Allen Post as my salesperson. I had the best experience ever buying these waverunners because of Allen. He took his time and explained everything to me. This was the first time ever buying watercraft and he made it so easy. My family and I took them out for a test drive and loved every minute of it. Because of everything that Allen explained to us was true. The first trip went off without a hitch. The maintenance we did to the watercrafts were so easy, again because how it was explained to us by Allen. We went back to the store to pick up our order the other day and saw him. He stayed with us the whole time making sure we received everything that we ordered and wanted to hear about our first trip. I will tell any of my friends and family to come to this store and ask for Allen whenever they buy any Yamaha products. He is a valuble asset to your company. When I walked into Houston Yamaha Motorsports I was indecisive to say the least about what I wanted to purchase (whether it was a sport bike, a cruiser, a dirt bike, or maybe even a sport quad; I was simply looking at what Yamaha & Polaris had to offer). I immediately felt welcome however, because all of the sales associates were eager to help me with any and all of the questions that I had. They were not pushing me in any direction just simply showing me what they had in their inventory and allowing me to browse. Allen who was my sales associate showed me at least 10 different vehicles (used and new) until I decided that the 2008 Raptor 700 was the right choice for me. He then walked me through the Finance process, and explained what options were available. I would recommend Houston Yamaha Motorsports to anyone/everyone as they meet and exceed any expectations you may have. i just bought a grizly 350 i love it

i had flooded my raptor 660r with water and phoned the service dept before i had figured out what happened. Brian Mckinley instructed me to bring it in immediatedly for a resuscitation for water damage. i did and he brought it to the back as soon as i got there. after working on it for many hours, i'm sure after closing, the issue was identified, and work proceeded. Brian phoned me as soon as he knew anything about the condition of my quad. after the store was closed for the week, he called me the next day and told me that my engine had been saved!!!! imagine my relief!!!! so i came to pick it up and it runs better than it ever has. my hat is off to entire service depatment, mechanics and the entire store. everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and does not try to "get the almighty dollar". this dealership has a customer for LIFE and i will always reccomend this location. thank you again, jason baber

The parts and service departments are the best in the business. If the parts I want are not in stoack, the parts guys get them right a way. The service work is done right the first time and on time. I have owned many bikes in the past 25 years. I recently purchased a Buell from the local Harley dealer and was looking to buy a second sport bike for my girlfriend. I didnt really plan on buying a bike at the time because I was just looking for jackets for her. The sales staff was so polite and knowledgeable that we bought the second bike in our fleet from them..a 2006 FZ6 for the wife. That was about 4-5 months ago. We had such a good experience that we have since purchased a VX-110 wave runner and last month a 50tt moto-x bike for my 6 year old girl. I just wish I would have looked there before buying my Buell. We will continue to purchase from them for any and ALL future purchases. We plan to purchase a second wave runner next summer and maybe and R6 in the next few months . I have been in sales most of my life and its nice to finally see there is a place that has staff at all levels that go the extra mile.

I love my V-Star 1100 midnight custom. It is my first bike and the experience of buying it was a joy. Miguel was my salesman and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable and VERY patient. Stacy who handled my financing was incredible!!! To the owner(s), treasure your people! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!
